Do you have WiFi?
Yes. We have WiFi that covers most of the campground. Click here for Map. The password is Wildwood (capital W).

Can I get an early Check-in?
If the site was not occupied the night before, we can let you check in before the 3:00pm posted check-in time. If your site was occupied we will always find a place for you to hang out while your site is being prepared.

Can I bring my dog?
Yes. We do have a pet fee of $5.00 per-pet per-stay, and you are responsible for the clean-up & noise level of your pet. Your pet must be on a leash at all times & not left by itself at the campground. No more than 2 pets per site.

Can I have a specific site for my stay?
You will select your site when you make your reservation, but we do reserve the right to place you on a different site if necessary. You will have the option of adding a $10 "Lock Fee" to your reservation to ensure you stay on your specific site.

Can I bring in my own firewood?
No, the DNR does not allow firewood to be brought into the campsite to prevent the spreading of disease. We do sell firewood in the General Store.

Is there ice available for purchase?
Yes, we sell 10lb bags of ice in the General Store.

Can I get a refund for my stay if I do not like my site or go home because of rain?
Daily Site Cancelation Policy: There is no refund with less than a 7-day notice. There is a $30.00 service charge per canceled RESERVATION when you request your money back and there is at least a 7-day notice. You can reschedule with no penalty UP TO THE DAY OF YOUR RESERVATION OR RECEIVE A GIFT CERTIFICATE for a future reservation for the full dollar amount of your deposit. Gift Certificates are valid for 10 years.
Monthly sites Cancelation Policy: No refund with less than a 30-day notice. There is a $100 service charge for all canceled reservations.

What if I only want to stay for one night on a weekend?
From Memorial to the 2nd weekend in September, we require a 2 night stay on the weekends. The other exception is walk-in camping. If you arrive the same day, you can stay for one night.

Is there a discount for Wild Mountain if we are camping at Wildwood?
Yes, you can purchase a VIP pass and enjoy a discount at all of the Taylors Falls Recreation locations.

Is there a bike or hiking trail near by?
Yes, the Swedish Immigrant Trail can be accessed from the north end of the campground. Click here to learn more about it.

At this time generators of any type are not allowed.

Military Discount-Receive a $5.00 discount on 1 campsite per night with a valid Military ID.

In case of inclement weather, where should we go?
Our Restrooms/Showers are our storm shelters as well as the Taylors Falls City Hall, located at 637 First Street (Cty Rd 37)
