Your meal includes: your choice of Roast Prime Rib of Beef AuJus, carved to order, with baked potato accompanied by butter and sour cream, or Boneless Breast of Chicken on a bed of wild rice served with a delicate mushroom and brie sauce. Both entrées are served with assorted breads, caesar salad, vegetable and dessert.
