| 7:00 am | Workers Arrive (Invitational Volunteers) |
| 7:30-8:00am | Registration in the Robert C. Room Coaches pick up bibs, racers bibs serve as lift tickets |
| The Race 8:15 am |
Gatekeepers meeting at the Finish Line |
| 8:30-9am | Course Inspection - Bibs must be visible |
| 9:00 am | All officials and workers in place and ready to start Racers meeting at Finish Line at bottom of race hill Slippers Start Dye Courses Fore Runners Start |
| 9:30-11:30am | First Run both Boys and Girls Racing on separate courses |
| 11:30 am | Jury Meeting Immediately following the end of the 1st Run |
| 12:15-12:45pm | Course Inspection Bibs must be visible |
| 12:45pm | Afternoon gatekeepers meeting - Finish Line All officials and workers in place to start (Slippers/Course dyers and forerunners in place and completing their tasks) |
| 1:15-3:15pm | Second Run Reverse order within the seed |
| 3:15pm | Jury meeting Immediately following the 2nd run |
| 4:00pm | Awards Ceremony |
